Dinner Club Update

The dinner club’s October cooking night included a chicken recipe from Daniel Boulud.

About two years ago, I was invited to dinner at a friend’s house. Her “chef friend” was cooking, she said. Dinner was outstanding, and I was lucky enough to be invited back again and again. Eventually I graduated from choosing the wine to helping to prepare the dinner.
